Part 6: Poke'mon Tower

Author's notes-Oh yeah! I also own Keiichi and Sora.

As Umi fainted in shock, Flint caught her. “Umi...” He softly laid her down. “Makoto? Are Umi and I *blush*.....still....t-

together?” “Yes,” replied Makoto, “You are. I only erased your memories when I sent you back, you weren't reborn.” “All this

time...and we didn't know. How long were we an item?” “Let's see...since at the beginning of age 10. You guys were best

friends since you were born.” *Hmm....* thought Flint. *Ever since.....we were born. That's why....when we were in the woods,

we'd told each other that we felt like we knew each other for a long time. It's because....we really have.*

Umi finally woke up. The first thing she saw was Flint's face. “Flint...” she said. “Tell me...everything about us isn't a

dream...” “This is for real, it's not a dream,” he replied. “Makoto told me we knew each other ever since we were born.” “That's

a long time. I'm glad under these vast skies...it was you who I met.” “Me too...Umi.” “Flint I.....” Umi felt her heart pound as

Flint placed his index finger on her lips. He slowly bent over to kiss her. She broke the kiss after a moment and said “I love you.”

“I love you too,” replied Flint.

The trio finally arrives to Celedon City. “We're here!” exclaimed Umi. “Hey, is there a gym here?” “No,” answered

Makoto. “Well I have some stuff to do, so I'll leave you two.” “Kay.” Makoto disappeared. “Hey look, a tower!” “That's

Poke'mon tower,” said Flint, “People come here to pay respects to their deceased Poke'mon.” “Oh. Let's go in and check it

out.”

Just then TeamRocket arrived. “Fwa-ha-ha-ha-ha. Andrew, it's time!” exclaimed Anne. Andrew laughed sinisterly with

her. Just then an old man walked into the room. “What are you doing in my living room?!” he exclaimed surprised. Just then two

little kids ran downstairs and joined him. “Who are they?” they both questioned. “We're Team Rocket!” was the reply. Andrew

extended his hand and said, “Now hand us over your Poke'mon and we'll leave you alone.” “Never!” exclaimed the old man.

“Sora, Keichi, run over to the neighbors and go call the police! ” “Uhmm!” agreed the granddaughter. “I will.” “Go with her

Keiichi.” The grandson turned to his grandfather and yelled, “No, I wanna stay and help!!” It's too dangerous Keii….” “I'm

staying to help! Sora, go now!!” Sora quickly ran out the front door and over to their neighbor's house.

Looking at her partner, Anne rubbed her hands together and asked, “Are you thinking what I'm thinking?” “Yeah!” The

old man reached for a poke'ball, as did his grandson. “Marowak go/Pikachu go!” They yelled in unison. Two white lights

materialized into Poke'mon. Anne and Andrew had evil grins on their faces. “5…4…3….2….1….HYPERBEAM!!!” They

yelled in unison. A powerful beam was unleashed from their hands. “Marowak Bonemerang!” commanded the old man.

Marowak threw his bone and Team Rocket's Hyperbeam bounced off and backfired at them. “How can they have powers?”

asked Keiichi. “Are they aliens or something?” “I don't know,” replied the old man. “Maybe the legend is true.” “What legend?”

Anne lifted her hand and yelled “Barrier!” A protective force field surrounded Team Rocket. Their beam bounced off and hit the

old man and his grandson. “AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!” They screamed as they were blasted back by the powerful force.

Andrew magically made a rope appear and tie itself around the old man and his grandson. “Fwa-ha-ha, we've got you

now!” he happily exclaimed. “Now you'll do whatever we say or else, got it?” “Yes…” answered Keiichi sadly. Team Rocket

took them and teleported to Poke'mon tower.

Just then the police arrived. “They were in there?” yelled Sora pointing to her house. Jenny opened the front door. “It's

unlocked!” she exclaimed surprised. She thought Team Rocket would've locked the door. She called the rest of her crew in

there and told them to search the building. They did as told. They went into the living room and called Jenny in there. “Looks like

a fight went on here,” said one, “but there are no trails or anything leading to where Team Rocket could've taken the two.” Sora

stepped into the room. She gasped at the site. “What happened?” she asked. Jenny knelt down in front of her and said, “There

was probably a fight, but there are no trails leading to where Team Rocket could've taken your grandfather and brother. But,

we're going to search the whole town starting with the Poke'tower. Don't worry little one, we'll find them.” “I hope so.” “Go and

stay at your neighbors until it's safe. Yo Marcus, go take her back.” “Yeah,” he replied. Once everyone was outside they heard

screaming. “It's coming from the tower!” exclaimed Jenny. “Let's go!” *I'm not staying at my neighbors* thought Sora. *I'm

going to help!!* She quickly teleported to the poke'tower.

At the tower…….

“This is a stickup!” yelled Team Rocket. “Everybody put your hands up! Now, hand over all of the poke'tower's money

and we'll let you go free, if you don't we'll kill the old man here.” “No, Mr.Fuji!!!!” yelled one of the women. “Please don't hurt

him.” “So that's gramps' name,” said Anne. “And to show you we're serious about the killing…” She pointed a gun to Mr. Fuji's

head while Andrew pointed a gun to Keiichi's head. Everyone screamed. “Okay, we'll do whatever you want,” agreed

someone. She took two sacks full of money and handed them over to Anne and Andrew. “Here, you have what you came for

now leave!!!” Andrew teleported the money to Giovanni. “Not so fast,” he said, “You know what we said about letting ya'll go

free? Well that was a lie. SORRY!!” Everyone screamed as Andrew threw something. They were all put under a deep sleep

spell. Team Rocket then teleported upstairs with Keiichi and Mr. Fuji.

Flint and Umi stopped in place. “Did you hear something Flint?” asked Umi worried. “It sounded like screaming.” “I

heard it,” was the reply. “Let's go back downstairs and see what's happened!” Just as the two turned around a little girl

appeared, it was Sora. “There's no point in going back. Everyone downstairs is asleep,” she said. “I know it's because of Team

Rocket. They came into my house and took my brother and grandpa. I know they've got them at the top of this tower,

please….help me get them back!” Flint and Umi looked at each other and nodded. “Let's go!” exclaimed Flint. Just then Officer

Jenny's voice stopped them. “Wait!” she said, “I'm coming with you. It's too dangerous. Sora, what are you doing here? I told

you to….” “Never mind that,” Sora urged, “We've gotta go save my family!” They quickly ran upstairs.

“Ha-ha-ha welcome back!” exclaimed Team Rocket. “We knew you'd come.” Flint, Umi, and Sora started running

towards Team Rocket, but stopped when they saw the guns pointed towards Mr. Fuji and Keiichi. “One step closer and we'll

shoot,” said Anne. “What's it gonna be?” Officer Jenny pulled out her gun and answered, “If you dare try and shoot them I'll

shoot you.” *I must do something* thought Sora. *But, should I reveal my power?…It's the only way…* Sora gathered up all

her energy. “Here it goes,” she said, “Hyper Beam!!!” The powerful beam blasted back everyone.

Flint helped up Umi while Sora went over and untied her family. “Umi, are you all right?” asked Flint. “I'm alright,” was

her reply. Just then Makoto appeared. “Makoto!” exclaimed Sora, “You're here!! Team Rocket tried to kill my family!” Makoto

walked over to her and put a hand on her head. “Everything's alright now. You were brave though, weren't you?” “Of course I

was.” Andrew laughed and said, “Oh, everything's not over yet, this is just the beginning. Dig!!!” A hole was buried into the

ground. Anne took out a black crystal that was shaped like an R. “Oh no, we've got to stop her!!” yelled Makoto. Umi and Flint

helped him try to take away the crystal from Anne. “Solar Beam!!!” they yelled in unison, but the attack failed. Anne threw the

crystal into the hole and buried it. “Ha, now the real fun begins!!” she exclaimed. “There's nothing you can do now. Once we

bury these crystals all over the world it's all over!! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!” Andrew raised his hand and yelled, “Razor Wind!!” A

powerful wind moved towards everyone. “Until next time….” After the wind had finally stopped the room started to shake.

“What's going on?” asked Keiichi. Makoto blasted open a wall and said, “Something really bad. Somehow Team

Rocket has sped up the process and the crystal's growing rapidly. If we don't get out of this building we'll be trapped inside the

crystal! Everybody jump!!” Everyone ran off the edge of the space where Makoto had blown it up. As they all silently fell Umi

concentrated her power. Luckily she teleported everyone safely to the ground. “Everyone okay?” she asked. “Yes,” everyone

replied as they all got back to their feet. Umi looked up at the sky. “Team Rocket, we'll stop you,” she said.
